Turbo Delphi - Import Component (ActiveX)

Using Turbo Delphi (2006), by default Import Component are not shown. I don’t know why, but to make this menu available, create empty file named ATLBASE.H at ($BDS)\include\atl.

For example:
C:\Program Files\Borland\BDS\4.0\include\atl\atlbase.h
